Q: Do I need to live near your office to become a client?

Not at all. We serve clients across the country and can meet in any way that works best for you, be it at our office, your home or workplace, or even virtually. With today’s technology, we ensure consistent communication and support no matter where you live. We offer secure video conferencing, phone calls, email, and a client portal where you can access your accounts and documents at any time. This allows us to stay closely connected, provide timely updates, and be available whenever questions arise, whether you’re across town or across the country.

Q: Is there a minimum account size to work with you?

While we do have a minimum relationship size, our priority remains in building meaningful relationships, not meeting a specific AUM targets. After an introductory meeting, if we believe we can help you achieve your goals, we’ll find a way to work together. And if we’re not the right fit, we’ll gladly point you toward resources better aligned with your needs.

Q: Where are my assets held, and who provides statements?

Your accounts are held at Charles Schwab & Co. Inc., a member of SIPC. Schwab safeguards your assets, executes trades on your behalf, and provides trade confirmations and account statements (monthly when there’s activity, and at least quarterly otherwise).
