Agustin Nunez serves as Assistant Vice President of Client Services and Operations at Serenity Capital Advisors, where he plays a key role in supporting the firm’s client experience and day-to-day operations.
Agustin is a graduate of SUNY Canton, where he earned a Bachelor of Business with a concentration in Finance and graduated with honors. While at SUNY Canton, he also competed as a collegiate soccer player and served as team captain, an experience that helped shape his leadership skills, discipline, and team-oriented mindset. Originally from Westchester, New York, Agustin relocated to Rochester in 2024 to continue building his career in financial services.
In his role, Agustin works closely with clients to support their day-to-day service and operational needs, helping ensure a smooth, responsive, and well-coordinated experience across all aspects of the advisory relationship. He partners with advisors to facilitate account administration, coordinate client requests, and support the ongoing execution of portfolio and planning strategies, while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory standards.
Agustin brings experience across wealth management and banking through prior roles at firms including Manning & Napier and M&T Bank, where he developed a strong foundation in client service, financial operations, and process execution. He is known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and collaborative approach.
Outside of the office, Agustin enjoys staying active through sports and hiking and values spending time with friends and family.
